Job Summary: Join our fast-growing and energetic team to improve lives through real estate. Birgo is a mission-driven company that is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician for our commercial properties in the Pittsburgh, PA area. Core Responsibilities: - Assist with routine maintenance for 350,000 sq feet of commercial properties to include, but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, drywall, carpentry, and HVAC - Complete general landscaping at each commercial property - Assist with preventative maintenance duties and tasks to help prevent future maintenance problems - Perform emergency on-call services for after-hours maintenance related issues - Other projects as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate Work Requirements: - Must be eligible to work in the United States - Must have a personal and reliable mode of transportation - Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance - Must be able to work in confined spaces as well as ascend and descend ladders and staircases Skills & Qualifications: - Organized and detail-oriented - Working understanding of maintenance-related fields - Time management - Any additional certification (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc) will be considered an advantage Benefits: - Medical, Vision, and Dental health insurance with company contribution - 401k retirement plan with employer match - Lease renewal bonus If you or anyone you know is interested, please apply using the link below or email your resume to [email protected]
