Hello! I am a new business owner in need of short term lending. My company will be closing on its first first rental property in 3 to 4 weeks. Which is great except that we need more funding for an upcoming project. We can not open any credit lines per closing requirements.
So, I am looking for someone willing to lend my business 7.5kwith a return of 12.5k after project is finished. That means I'm giving you 5k to spot my company 7.5k for about 5 to 6 weeks. Will sign a contract, of course, stating such. My business is registered and insured. I'll be more than happy to provide legal documentation proving such.
As an alternative, if you have a project(that falls under our skill set) that needs finished asap we can discuss that option, as well.
