Handyman needed for general repairs of family home in South Salt Lake

I am the owner and property manager of a home at 2900 S. 300 E. in South Salt Lake City. It is currently being rented to a nice family of 3. Need a go-to handyman for the house that I can rely upon to call for assorted issues. Hoping to develop a good relationship for many years! I am very reasonable and understand this is difficult work and takes time. I love this house and I hope you will enjoy working on it! The tenants are extremely kind. Need to be able to hear response within 1 day and have work done within 2-3 days for critical issues and 1 week for non-critical issues. There will be endless issues with this house. It is 1600 sq feet built in 1950s, and will ALWAYS need repairs. Would be great to meet someone who has connections in the community with other repair folks like plumbers, flooring installers, etc. I do not expect you to be able to tackle EVERYTHING but it would be great if you knew the correct people to call for how to fix the problem. -Examples of current repairs include: cabinet drawers not sliding, some cabinets broken and need replacement, hinges loose, faucet water leaking, sliding door needs adjustment, windows not sliding, bathroom fan needs replacing -Also need help with yard maintenance, though primary issue is house -Must have receipt on monthly basis (or whatever makes sense) for tax purposes (can be hand-written) -Prefer to be licensed & insured (not required) -Must have references and be able to send picture of drivers license to verify safety of tenants -Prefer to pay per hour (not required). Will pay the same day work is done. -Prefer to pay electronically via Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, etc. I live in Arizona and so it will be difficult to pay in cash for work. Would also prefer not to mail checks. -Will communicate with me and not tenants, unless good relationship develops
