$500 SIGN ON BONUS Long-standing, 27-year-old painting contractor needs full-time commercial and residential painters due to substantial growth driven by high profile residential, commercial, government, and industrial companies located throughout the west including Utah, Hawaii, Nevada, and California. To become an integral member of our team, you should have prior experience using the tools of the trade such as spray guns, brushes, rollers, scrapers, wire brushes, sanders, and texturing tools. You should be familiar with and be able to mix all types of paint, primers, varnishes, sealers, and finishes and understand tint, texture, luster, viscosity, drying time, and other factors pertaining to each job. While experience in our trade is desired, we are willing to train if you want to work hard and learn the business. You should be reliable and dependable, pay attention to detail, have good balance and manual dexterity, and be able to move equipment safely on the job site. You should be able to work both independently and also as part of a crew and be very customer-oriented.
