$1000 SIGN ON BONUS Long-standing, 27-year-old painting contractor needs a full-time commercial and residential foreman due to substantial growth driven by high profile residential, commercial, government, and industrial companies located throughout the west including Utah, Hawaii, Nevada, and California. To become an integral member of our team, you should have prior experience using the tools of the trade such as spray guns, brushes, rollers, scrapers, wire brushes, sanders, and texturing tools and be able to mentor your crew with proper techniques to ensure top quality. You should be familiar with and be able to mix all types of paint, primers, varnishes, sealers, and finishes and understand tint, texture, luster, viscosity, drying time, and other factors pertaining to each job and be able to mentor your crew accordingly. You should be reliable and dependable, pay attention to detail, have good balance and manual dexterity, and be able to move materials and equipment safely on the job site. You should be able to work both independently and also direct your crew to be very customer-oriented. We have a wide service area and work 24/7/365 based on our customer’s needs.
