Fulcrum Steel is a growing steel fabricator and installer in Phoenix, AZ. We are currently hiring for a Shop Manager. The job description includes: - Plans, assigns, schedules and supervises the work of the shop welders -Shop welders work includes: cutting, fitting, welding, painting, sand blasting etc. - Lay out materials to be fitted - Maintaines equipment running checking oil,fuel, tires etc. - Coordinates with project manager on scheduling jobs, material arrival, due dates on production and job completition - Assures materials have been processed, cleaned, painted, meets accurate measurements before sent to field - Problem solver with strong multitasking skills - Perform work under pressure to meet dead lines - Keep an active inventory on shop supplies - BILINGUAL IS A PLUS
