Responsibilities for Auto Technician * Properly document the intake of vehicles * Report to service manager for instructions of job priority * Diagnose all incoming vehicle problems * Record all service notes for service manager * Perform maintenance and repairs * Record all parts, fluids and time associated with each vehicle * Observe all OSHA and safety protocol Qualifications for Auto Technician * Automotive Certification (Preferred) * ASE Certifications (If Applicable) * Specialization Certification (If Applicable) * Familiarity with diagnostic equipment * Experience with general shop equipment ( tire machine, lifts, machine etc) * Good written and verbal communication skills * Ability to follow directions precisely * Possess all necessary tools to work in a shop
