Love working outdoors by Lake Michigan? We need people to carry materials (e.g., lumber), help install stairs, plant grass, and drive a truck or other equipment at lakeshore properties in southwest Michigan. No experience is required, but people (men or women) with backgrounds in carpentry, construction, farming, or landscaping are especially encouraged to apply. Our teams work hard together to solve problems and meet clients' needs, so we are looking for people who work well with others, have a strong work ethic, and have a positive attitude. We travel to sites from the Michigan/Indiana border north to Muskegon, so reliable transportation is important. Most of our site work is on steep sand dunes, so a strong back and knees are needed. We are currently hiring for 1099 contractors but plan to offer a W2 option this fall.
