Looking for a handyman that is interested in working on foreclosures doing Property Preservation Looking for the jack of all trades,master of none kinda guy. We do trashouts of properties, grass cutting, lock changes, vegetation removal, appliance installs, minor plumbing repairs. Every day is different. You MUST have your own tools, truck, and trailer. The bigger trailer the better. Quick turn around and attention to detail is a must. You must be able to pass a mandatory background check. You must be comfortable working on a roof. Most jobs are within 40 miles of Tulsa. Work orders include but not limited to trash-outs, house cleaning, grass mow, bush trimming, lock changes etc. You must have a smart phone. Immediate work. Weekly pay. This is an independent contractor position (1099) and you must have or have the ability to get a general liability insurance policy. Long term work.
