As an eCommerce Warehouse Associate at World Pantry, you’ll find a friendly, team-oriented culture in a clean, safe, and climate-controlled environment! You could be placed in one of our three different functions: Picking, Packing or Receiving. You will most likely be cross-trained to work across all areas, as needed. You could find yourself performing a number of different roles related to material handling, such as packing, order-filling, loading, and more; but no matter which role you find yourself in, quality assurance, orderliness, and productivity will be expected. You must also be prepared and able to lift up to 60 pounds but know that most freight will weigh less than 20 pounds. What you'll do: Operations Associates take ownership for all aspects of picking orders and shipping products as well as: Order selection Packing orders for shipment Shipping packages Stocking and organizing warehouse shelves Must be comfortable using rolling 12-foot ladders for order picking and lifting up to 60 pounds Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Strong attention to detail Previous job longevity *Reliable* Preferred Qualifications: Previous warehouse experience preferably in a fast-paced environment Highly organized Team player Good math skills Dependable What we offer: 40% discount on ALL products we sell Compensation: · $14.70 per hour total compensation · Participation in company bonus plan Shifts: Morning shift: 10:00am- 2:00pm Evening shift- 2:00pm-6:00pm *Part-time associates will get 20+ hours per week depending on needs of the business.
