Bathroom assistance needed

I have a 2-visit project for the experienced craftsman. Not looking for someone who has handyman skills and maybe will eventually get the job done. I have a bathroom that will need a vanity frame built that will cover some previous attic framing, electrical wiring, and plumbing. Basically the length is 42 inches and 22 inches deep from wall to wall and this is a half bathroom in an upstairs bonus room. The plumbing is roughed in but will need to be slightly modified for the round center sink before the vanity frame is built. I see it having 2 center doors and no shelves and totally hiding what is currently there. This is basically a 2 visit project. Build the vanity frame, paint the vanity, I'll purchase the top and get it installed, and then you come back and connect the sink plumbing. We can meet at my house to review the work needed and get your estimate (a range is ok instead of an exact price). Thanks.
