Need "On Call" Chef assistant for catering events

Chef Zacki of Zacki's Culinary Creations looking for an "On-Call" experienced serving/cook assistant. Need help for small personal chef events. We are just starting to book small dinners again if everyone is well and vaccinated. Pre work ahead is $15. Pay begins on location at $25 per hour plus portion of tip if received. I am a seasoned chef of 35 years, and my website is: zackisculinarycreations.com. I am classically trained, worked with Martha Stewart and had a BBQ/Southern restaurant in NYC.
