Paint house.
Sheet rock repair. Paint interior of home.
Remove carpet and nanolumen and put down porcelain tile.
Install ceiling fans in both bedrooms and dining room, Etc, Etc,
Install extra electrical outlets and other minor electrical.
Replace and paint fence at back of yard.
