Description

Are criminals. They are mining up the river beds and then filling the holes they dug out with waste. I've been to the tar pits and seen them and even took samples. Its cole tar waste. If you look on Google maps or Google earth on satellite view to the side near division Ave look around closely they are burying TONS of tires! And covering them with gravel. The River is the lowest I've seen it. Somebody help me do something about this!
