FDC Management is looking for a service oriented, dynamic & talented individual to join our team as a Full Time Porter/Groundskeeper! Salary: $14-17 hour based on skill set Paid vacation, sick time, and Birthday paid off Responsibilities: Duties shall include, but not be limited to, picking up grounds, cleaning laundry rooms, pool areas, common areas, painting, cleaning of the guest suites and assisting the maintenance staff or office staff as needed. Prepare Community/Common Areas, on-show apartments, and Rental office daily prior to open of business. Commitment to customer service, communicate property needs to the Maintenance Supervisor. Our candidate must be detail oriented, self-motivated and committed to excellence. Basic knowledge of tools and maintenance repair Requirements: Excellent customer service approach to property owners and tenants. Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations. Positive attitude promoting team work and career oriented goals, Punctual, dependable, self-starter, ability to multi task Must have reliable transportation Must have the physical capacity to walk briskly, climb stairs, conduct visual inspections. Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays if needed. Must be available to work weekends.
