We are looking for driven professionals to join our expanding Anaheim team as an Maintenance Mechanic. The Maintenance Mechanic will assists in the repairs and maintenance of equipment. Works on projects under direct guidance from Maintenance Mechanic and/or a Department Manager. Responsibilities: Repairs defective equipment Responsible for facilities maintenance and repair Designs and fabricates tooling and enhancements to improve operation of equipment Checks equipment and performs preventative maintenance May assist in training lower level maintenance helpers and others May purchase maintenance supplies Immediately reports to his supervisor any malfunctions and / or broken equipment that are beyond his own capabilities and arranges for appropriate outside contractors to make the necessary repairs Ensures the proper use, care and storage of tools and equipment Maintains records / reports related to the maintenance performed on equipment, as well as future preventative maintenance to be conducted on the equipment Qualifications: High school or equivalent 3 years related experience Industrial Electrical knowledge Arc, Mig and gas welding capability Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the position · Plumbing ability General Carpentry Forklift Certificate Excellent interpersonal, communication The Perks: Competitive Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Generous Paid Time Off 401k Plan Two modern adjoining facilities
