This is what we need from our maintenance technicians: .HVAC Experience .EPA Certification a plus .Appliance troubleshooting and repair knowledge (washers, dryers, refridgerators, stoves, etc.) .Painting, drywall, carpentry experience .Clean criminal background .Reliable transportation to, from, and at work with a valid driver's license .Performance of maintenance requests, punch outs, and other general community duties Here's the only catch... This job requires that the technician be on call once a month for a week in the evenings and on weekends in case of any maintenance emergencies.
