General contractor is in need for a trim carpenter, or crew, for trimming out a new contruction in Valparaiso In, 55 minutes from downtown Chicago. Job consist of installing 34 prehung Interior doors, base, door and window casing, crown mold, wainscoting, coffered ceiling and possible kitchen/laundry and basement bar cabinets. Wainscoting, and coffered ceiling, window trim is ready now, doors and base available in 5 weeks. Please no brokers, must be the installer or an hourly employee of a company.
