looking to hire property manager/handyman for 6 bed 6 bath older redlands estate. house is older so a lot of little things need to be done around there such as yard clean up, demo, painting, replacing things, general work, and other miscellaneous jobs around the estate. This is a self managed position with little to no super vision. you must be able to be a self starter, and very reliable and honest. You will also be in charge and have access to three laborers who will need to be assigned tasks and managed. This position offers 20-40 hours a week and pays $35-45 an hour cash or bank transfer. (hourly based on if you are licensed or not) you MUST have your own reliable transportation, tools or access to tools, and local to the area (20-30 min within area) need to have experience or knowledge on similar tasks and over seeing other employees looking to fill position ASAP PLEASE TEXT ONLY
