Welding shop located in Mira Loma is looking for a shop supervisor with some mechanical skills. Must be detailed orientated and must know how to manage a team properly. Welding skills are not required as you will not be required to weld. Your main responsibility will be ensuring that the welding shop stays on task and keeping records on a laptop or tablet. You will be documenting what each employee does throughout the day and their hours. Other responsibilities will fixing be fixing shop vehicles when required and making sure the yard stays clean. Must know how to speak fluent English and Spanish. Must have supervising or management experience. It does not have to be in a welding shop. If you have a proven track record of being able to manage a team and have some mechanical experience please apply. We are mainly looking for someone who are keep our team focus and on task. If that sounds like you apply. This is a full time position Monday thru Friday with no forced over time. Hours are from 7 am to 4 pm with a hour lunch.
