We are looking for a small engine mechanic for Power by Thomas, a division of Thomas Building Center. Power by Thomas is an authorized STIHL, Honda Power Equipment, and Wacker Neuson dealer. Recently, we’ve added “Prison Blues”, a line of jeans and work shirts manufactured in Oregon. This individual would be responsible for assisting customers throughout the service request/buying process. Your responsibilities include taking service requests/orders, answering questions relating to the service request/order, receiving payment and executing the service request/order. You should provide quick and efficient service, ensure maximum customer satisfaction, and resolve all queries professionally. A successful small engine mechanic should provide excellent customer service, consistently maintain the image and vision of the organization, and achieve the sales goals of the company. An outstanding small engine mechanic/sales associate should display a positive attitude, focusing on customer satisfaction, maintain an orderly appearance, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
