FREE Gerbils

Description

My daughter has been a wonderful caregiver for gerbils for the last six years. The trouble with gerbils is that you must keep them in pairs. Unfortunately, they don’t make a suicide pact and stubbornly die one at a time. Consequently, we have been on the gerbil merry go round for quite a while. When one dies you have to get another. And so and so on… The gerbils they sell at pet stores are typically "too young" to see which sex they are. This time we “won”the gerbil lotto and got a female when we were looking for a male. We are looking to give away ALL the gerbils to loving homes. There is Fuzzy - all black fur and the Proud Papa, Zeus (who we thought was a male) all brown fur- exhausted Mama MUST be kept with her newest litter and three, all black, nameless gerbils approximately 12 weeks old and ready to live on their own. We have three cages- to separate them, water bottles, food bowls, a wheel - ALL FOR FREE. We are located behind Hunterville Elementary - pick up available anytime today, or after 6 pm then next three days.
