Candidate must be experienced in all phases of construction, including but not limited to: - demo - framing - sheetrock/spackle/paint -trim - cabinetry -tile - finish work Individual must be reiable, able to listen and work well with others, but also beable to work unsupervised, and problem solve when necessary.
