Found a cute little puppy who became sick. Took him to the Vet, found out he was chipped and found who the owner is, and the owner has reported him missing. The owner is my across-the-street neighbor, but they do not answer the door, or phone calls. My Neighbor: Please walk across the street and let's talk. No phone calls, or emails. None will be received, nor will be returned You named him George. The vet has tried to call you.
