White and Blue Parakeet spotted Aug 10, 2021, 6:00pm in NE Minneapolis Marshall Terrace neighborhood. This white and Blue Parakeet has been spotted on the sidewalk picking at gravel several times over the last few days on the 2800 block of Grand St NE and California St NE, it flies when anybody tries to catch it. It appears to be hanging around the neighborhood. Is this your missing bird?
