ABC Disposal is hiring Welders located in Cedar Rapids, IA. This position will be responsible for repairing the body of our trucks & trailers, repairing dumpsters & roll offs, and fabricating new dumpsters. Job Duties: • Safely and efficiently using a MIG welder, oxy acetylene welder and plasma cutter • Welding on variety of metals, including aluminum, iron or metal alloy • Fitting and installing compaction equipment on-site • Cleaning equipment in preparation for repairs • Trouble shooting equipment and identifying issues Job Requirements: • 2+ years of welding experience required • Welding certificate preferred, not required • Experience with dumpsters, compactors, and cylinder repairs preferred • Experience using MIG, TIG, Stick, Spool Aluminum, and Torch ABC Disposal offers supportive company culture, growth, great benefits, retirement options and more!
