Looking for handyman to provide a layman's assessment of a home. (review for major damage, disrepair, obvious issues). There is a current tenant in the property and the owner is unable to complete this assessment. It should not take more than 20-30 mins. There may be the option to provide handyman services once the tenant vacates. But this gig is JUST for an assessment and a written list of potential issues. Can be done on the time/day of your choosing. Person does not need to be licensed but you should have general home repair knowledge and you will need to provide two references with phone numbers.
