R&C Roofing and Contracting is actively searching for a Roof Repair Technician that will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing damaged residential and commercial structures. Our ideal candidate will have extensive roof repair experience and have a great attitude with a strong desire to satisfy the customer. R&C Roofing and Contracting is a general contractor working primarily in Central Florida with an emphasis on, but not limited to roofing construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair roof leaks. Communicate with the homeowner and the Project Coordinator about the progress and status of the repairs. Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines. Qualifications: 2 years of roof repair experience preferred working with shingle, metal, and tile. General understanding of different roofing systems and their proper installation is required. Ability to use all hand tools associated with roofing installation and repair. Must be detail oriented, organized, and have great customer service skills. Bilingual preferred.
