** PART-TIME MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN ** FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience, Duties and tasks include but are not limited to drywall patching and repair, painting, plumbing repairs (toilet installs, garbage disposal, faucets, and fixtures). Electrical repairs, installing of light fixtures, ceiling fans etc. Some knowledge of pool maintenance, we will provide training, some janitorial responsibilities would be required also. Must be a self-starter, dependable, have own car and keep a professional appearance. Part-time position. 20/hour work week. hours will be scheduled.
