Job description We are looking for a dry cleaning/tailoring store a manager that is capable of being able to manage a store with high volume. You need to be experienced with manager a tailor/dry cleaning. You must be able to keep track of orders and make sure everything is organized. You must know how to deal with the public, handle cash and credit cards. Responsibilities Getting to work on time Create income for the store Working with coworkers to work on deals for clients Ensure all customers are left happy and satisfied Managing a register with both cash and credit card Maintain outstanding store condition Propose innovative ideas to increase business revenue Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance Skills Proven successful experience as a store manager Powerful leading skills and business orientation Cash register/credit card handling skills Customer management skills Strong organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills (Spanish is a big plus)
