Job description Growing Gloucester County company looking for highly motivated individuals to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Prime candidates for our position should be looking to grow and flourish with our company. Warehouse responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The primary goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. We are looking to fill multiple positions with varying responsibilities. Open positions are for shift supervisors and warehouse associates. All positions are currently open and can be filled immediately. We currently run 2 shifts from 6:00AM - 2:30PM and 12:00PM-8:30PM but are willing to alter shift times for the right candidate. Growth potential with our company is limited only by the individual. Responsibilities -Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) -Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) -Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits -Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization -Complete daily logs into inventory -Report any discrepancies -Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers -Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment -Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Skills -Proven working experience as a warehouse worker -Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems -Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods -Good organizational and time management skills -Ability to lift heavy objects -Current forklift experience -High school degree -Ability to work well with others We pride ourselves on our small business values.
