Our Motel has a great career opportunity for a highly motivated Maintenance Technician. Offering 30hrs Monday,Tuesday Wednesday, Friday and Saturday QUALIFICATIONS: * Strong skill set in electrical & plumbing,air conditioning, * Strong appliance repair knowledge * Landscaping *window A/C unit installation * Fast learner * Experience in small renovations * Experience in painting,roofing,flooring,drywall etc! * Must be ON-CALL, AFTER HRS *Must have your own tools *Must have transportation, Truck preferably * Hands-on, team player * Organized & Detail Oriented * Experience in communicating with staff, vendors and guests* Strong customer service skills * Apartment Make Ready Experience Required * Above average communication skills necessary * Positive "Can Do" attitude * Self Motivated *Must be able to repair anything Start ASAP!!!
