Our company offers Maintenance and Repairs, Pressure Washing, Facility Maintenance, Porters, Janitorial and other similar services. We seek an experienced GENERALIST (handyman/fix it man) with drive and commitment to join our growing team. Must have handyman skills/experience in general repairs. Someone who is not afraid of work and putting in the time and effort. Someone with vision focused on long term gains, stability and opportunities for growth in company. You MUST be proficient in basic Commercial Handyman repairs including the following: - Carpentry – drawers, cabinets, shelving, etc. - Basic plumbing- flush valve replacement, faucet replacement, etc. - Basic electrical- changing light bulbs, etc. - Drywall- patch & paint damaged areas of walls - Flooring- repair loose tiles, laminate flooring, etc. - Basic mechanical – general ability to solve problems that arise. - Painting- touch up, matching colors, sheen, etc. - General janitorial support. REQUIREMENTS: - Must be over 25 years of age and legally able to work in the U.S. - MUST speak English AND Spanish. - Be a "HANDS-ON" person that gets the job done. - Commitment, reliability and results focused. - Any experience in Janitorial, Strip/Wax of floors and carpet cleaning is a plus - Flexibility when needed in schedule and be On-Call as needed. - Must have a clean and valid driver's license and clean background. - This MUST be your primary source of work and focus. - Able to use smartphone. - Salary and benefits Include: - STARTING salary of $3033.00 monthly paid bi-weekly. - Increases based on performance reviews. - Bonuses awarded based upon work performance, reliability, results and commitment to operations. - Paid Vacation. - Company Contributing 401K Retirement Plan. - Use of Company Vehicle for Work. - Free Uniforms. - Direct Deposit. - Company Issued Cell Phone. - Employee Assistance Program. - Employee Discount Program. - Vision and Dental available at small co-pay.
