Blind Company located in Dania Beach is seeking a new installer with potential for future advancement opportunities in a growing company. Potential employees must have a good eye for details, be organized, and have a great work ethic. • Min of 40 hours a week, with paid overtime if necessary • Occasionally travel by car or air within the continental US • This is a long-term position in recession proof industry Qualifications: You do not need to have experience installing window treatments, however, experience in the following fields will help with your training: • Wood Working/Carpentry • Metal Working • General Construction • Electrical Experience • AV Experience • Marine Industry or Boating Experience Must Haves: • Valid Driver’s License • No criminal or felony convictions. (Applicant must be okay with a background check.) • Good communication skills in English • Ability to work in a team setting and on your own independently • Punctual • Excellent customer service • Any Sales Experience will be a plus Benefits: • Base Pay with weekly productivity bonuses after training period. • Holidays Off • PTO (Paid time off) • Tools will be provided for you • Commercial Vehicle and gasoline provided
