Protect yourself & others against the COVID-19 disease by getting the vaccination! Receive the Pfizer Vaccination, or testing free of cost. Reach Dane, in collaboration with the Latino Chamber of Commerce of Dane County, Allied Wellness Center, and Fitchburg Family Pharmacy will be hosting COVID-19 vaccine clinics on Thursday, 8/26 and Thursday, 9/16 from 4-7 p.m. at the Reach Dane Red Arrow's lower parking lot, 4709 Verona Rd. Madison, WI 53711. COVID-19 testing will also be available. Eligibility: The Pfizer vaccine is authorized for individuals ages 12 and up. If you are between the ages of 12-15, please have a parental figure with you to complete a consent form. Identification will not be required but basic information will be asked like name and birthdate.
