We will meet at a local Asian Market to discuss Asian sauces, and how to combine them to make quick and delicious meals! For this class, we will meet at Jax Oriental Grocery at 10AM, take a quick tour, and then purchase some ingredients to cook at Blue Bamboo. We'll eat everything that we cook, and learn some interesting techniques along the way. Blue Bamboo Restaurant has long embraced its bistro-inspired menu with the all the comforts of down home Southern cooking. Executive chef and proprietor Dennis Chan has operated this award winning restaurant since its opening in Jacksonville.
