An evening of plant based, dairy free, gluten-free, vegetarian, creativity with curated natural wine pairings by The Cheese Shop of Salem
Join us for a monthly, four-course, tasting menu highlighting three main ingredients; a featured seasonal vegetable, a fruit and a nut. These plant based rockstars will be incorporated into each course by award winning chef and owner of The Field Alchemist, William Mallette .
Each course will feature wine pairings in collaboration with Susan E. Ulbrich, wine director at The Cheese Shop of Salem, this menu is designed to inspire your plant-based, vegetarian, gluten free journey.
The Supper Club Salem will be held on the fourth Wednesday of the month at Colonial Hall. This venue, formally the Daniel Lowe Company boasts "high Victorian gothic style architecture, a hidden gem in Salem waiting to be enjoyed by you.

Please note that there are not substitutions available and the menu is nut-based.
