Guided walking tour along Lincoln City's historic bayfront. Haunted Taft: Ghosts and Legends of the Oregon Coast Hear of spirits past and present in the glow of the glass furnaces at the Lincoln City Glass Center. Look over Siletz Bay in hopes of a glimpse of the Ghost Schooner. Learn about the ghost who burned through the floor of the Oregon Coast's oldest continuously operating tavern. Plus, experience a surprise or two during this spine-chilling walking tour of historic Taft. Tickets$25 per Person, must be purchased in advance. (not recommended for children under 8) Maximum tickets available per tour is 24. $50 VIP Package Your choice of one of two styles of glow-in-the-dark Haunted Taft T-shirts, plus a swag bag filled with a variety of Haunted Taft goodies. No Refunds (most of the time) Refunds are provided only if Haunted Taft cancels a tour for reasons outlined below. Don't Become a Ghost If you are not feeling well, stay home. Credit toward a future tour will be issued to those who cancel due to illness. Weather Considerations This is the Oregon Coast and we expect rain. Our tours operate rain or (moon) shine. We encourage you to dress appropriately for walking in the rain and we have sturdy rain ponchos available to loan. That said, tours are no fun during driving rain and we’ll cancel a tour if the weather is particularly bad or unsafe. If Haunted Taft cancels a tour, you will be given a full refund. Tour Length and Accessibility The tour lasts approximately one and a half hours and covers just under a mile of walking on flat surface. The walking route can be wheelchair accessible if requested. The tour is conducted rain or (moon)shine. We have sturdy rain ponchos to loan in case of rain. Tour Minimum We must sell a minimum of 8 tickets to operate a tour. We’ll contact you via email the day of the tour if we have not met our minimum. If Haunted Taft cancels a tour, you will be given a full refund. Meeting PlaceTours depart from the Sapphire Center, 4840 SE Hwy 101, Lincoln City, OR 97367. Please try to arrive 10 minutes early to sign in for your tour. ParkingThere is street parking on Highway 101 in front of the Sapphire Center. There is ample street parking available behind the Sapphire Center on SE Inlet Avenue.
