During this special luncheon, will be hearing from three speakers that may impact your business. Topic 1: Connex Oklahoma Platform We'll be joined by Michelle Ondak, supply chain development manager at the Oklahoma Manufacturing Alliance (OMA). She'll be discussing the Connex Oklahoma platform - which is a FREE supply chain database tool developed by OMA in partnership with the Oklahoma Department of Commerce. The tool supports and connects Oklahoma manufacturers. This is undoubtedly a tool that Oklahoma manufacturers need to know about. Topic 2: Introducing the Oklahoma Procurement Technical Assistance Center Cindy Jackson, counselor with the Oklahoma Procurement Technical Assistance Center (OkPTAC), will introduce the OkPTAC. The OkPTAC provides marketing and technical assistance to Oklahoma businesses interested in selling products and services to federal, state, local, and tribal governments. Topic 3: Developing Cybersecurity Best Practices Oklahoma State University's Christopher Graham will present material that can help your organization create an action plan to gain alignment with NIST 800-171 standards. This topic is ideal for decision makers, manufacturers, light and heavy industry professional services, and small businesses. Lunch will be catered from 1907 Barbecue. The Tulsa Area Manufacturers Association began as a group to provide ideal networking and professional enrichment opportunities for manufacturing executives in Tulsa and Green Country. Today, those professional opportunities continue for our members each month, with activities, plant tours, committee meetings and educational outreach programs.
