Most of all we are looking for someone with a positive attitude and an amazing work ethic. We want someone to join our fun and competent team for the long term: someone who is looking for a rewarding job working with dogs with definite room for advancement, as performance warrants. Job Description: Supervising playgroups Engaging dogs throughout the day in play and exercise Preparing and feeding meals Administering medication Assist in bringing dogs to and from the office and play yards Giving baths Help maintain a clean facility (dog dens, play yards, office, ect.) Cleaning up after dogs (poop, vomit, ect.) Spending the night and snuggling with our furry friends Petting and loving all the dogs!!! Job Requirements: Have the ability to observe and handle multiple dogs Must be comfortable with all breeds of dogs Must be physically active your entire shift Must be able to lift 50lbs Be able to work independently Enjoy the company of dogs Be able to have a positive attitude each day Must have reliable transportation to and from work Must have an open schedule and be able to work all shifts EVERYONE MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS, OVERNIGHTS AND ALL HOLIDAYS AND SCHOOL VACATIONS Job Compensation: $15.50-$17 per hour starting, depending on experience Definite room for advancement This is a full or part time position If this sounds like the place for you please include a cover letter telling us why you would be perfect for the job attached to your resume and include it in the email.
