For girls in grades 5-8Join LiveGirl and Silver Hill mental health experts for s'mores and self-care. It's been a tough two years for all of us. This session will help your daughter reconnect and reestablish healthy routines. We'll learn resilience and how to ask for the help she might need. Girls will learn coping skills, try yoga, meditation, and other activities.
