JOIN US FOR THE 1ST ANNUAL PLAY IT FORWARD TOURNAMENT! 100% of proceeds go to creating care packages for homeless shelters in New Orleans. We are all coming together as a community to raise awareness and raise money to get one step closer to ending housing instability. The volleyball charity tournament, is hosted by Tulane Clinical Transitional Unit (CTU) and Tulane Human Research Protection Office (HRPO). When: Sunday, September 26th // 10am check in , 11am games begin Where: Coconut Beach Sand Volleyball Complex Each player will receive a swag bag which will include 2 beer tokens, a t-shirt and more goodies!! OPEN TO ALL AGES AND ALL SKILL LEVELS! When signing up, you will choose your skill level, ranging from “social”, for folks that want to have a more relaxed playing setting, to “open” for experienced players with a competitive edge. Maximum of 6 players per team You must sign up as a team, not individually Each team will have a donation fee of $250 that can be split up amongst players. Throughout the day, there will be the Saints game playing on huge projectors in the beer garden, raffles, a silent auction, delicious food and refreshing beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Not only is this a fantastic way to be an active and intentional part of the solution to homelessness, but it is a great way to interact and connect with your own community!
