RV FlexArmor is a product and technology for RV roofs designed by RV owners for RV owners. RV FlexArmor is the pioneer in sprayed RV roof technology and provides the ultimate RV roof solution. Job Description: This job involves the preparation of RV roofs to company proprietary standards. Duties include but not limited to using grinders, electric drills with wire wheels, hand scrapers as well as pneumatic hand tools. Training is provided. Primary Duties • Operate power tools to company standards. • Adhere to proprietary roof preparation techniques • Maintain and clean shop as required and needed. Qualifications • Understand and maintain company standards for roof preparation. • Follow the direction of management. • Ability to identify roof damage. • Read and understand different aspects of company training material and documentation. • Must be capable of standing up for 3-4 hours at a time • Climb scaffolding. • Lift up to 50 lbs. • Ability to tolerate dust and extreme heat at times at times. • Agility to squat, kneel in different positions.
