Our company is currently looking to fill the following positions: - Area Manager (start out working in the truck then be in-charge of the crews) - Crew Leader (Your the boss of the truck) - Crew Navigator (Assist crew leader in all functions to run a successful truck) Are you looking for a rewarding career that offers excellent pay, a great work environment, 4-6 day work weeks, potential for overtime, and room for growth. Benefits for full time people: -401k -Life and disability insurance One Call Junk Haul, LLC has openings for the following positions: Our ideal candidates will have the following:  Valid Driver's License and clean driving record  Strong work ethic  Excellent customer service skills  Thrives in a fast-paced work environment  1+ year(s) of experience driving a dumpster or box truck  Ability to manage their own truck and crew  Ability to provide estimates to customers and identify additional sales opportunities  Own transportation to and from work  Strong attention to detail and safety (OSHA-30 training preferred)  Ability to lift 50-75lbs on a regular basis  Supervisory experience preferred  A smart phone with the ability to use, email, apps, texting, gps, etc. Compensation - Area managers have the potential to earn over $30+ per hour with hourly pay, tips, and performance reviews. - Crew Leaders have the potential to earn over $25+ per hour with hourly pay, tips, and performance reviews. -Crew Navigators have the potential to earn $20+ per hour with hourly pay, tips, and performance reviews Any interested candidates should email their resumes or call 781-307-6586.
