Make sure you follow the application details on the bottom of this page. 136 Space Manufactured Home Community on 13 acres close to Miller Beach and the South Shore train. Full time with 40 hrs hours a week. Potential housing onsite based on experience and performance. MUSTS: -Be ON TIME and ONSITE EVERYDAY this is from 8am-430pm Monday-Friday with daily emergency on call availability as needed. -Must be able to work hard physically and enjoy it, be strong, be reliable, consistent, able to complete tasks and get shit done, responsible, honest, respectful and self-deciplined. -Must know plumping and electrical with multiple years of experience in residential and or commercial trades. -Must have landscaping experience for cutting/edging grass and removing small trees/bushes. -Must have snow removal experience to be able to plow the roads in the community. -Must Have experience working on manufactured homes basic renovation and maintenance. -Must be able to work with a team, present ideas and take direction as required. -Must be able to communicate well and get along with all types of people. -Must have a truck or vehicle that can pick up supplies. -Carry and own your own tools. -Have a positive attitude and focus on solutions. Duties: Report to property manager daily for priorities. Landscaping, snow plowing, tree removal, water meter and line installation, electrical wiring. sewer maintenance with electric eel, manufactured home remodel and set up, install skirting, maintain/roads sidewalks/grounds, utility hook ups for homes, basic carpentry skills, troubleshooting problems. Attend team meetings as required. • perform maintenance on all park equipment and inventory controls for cost effective operations. • Landscaping: Maintaining sidewalks and roads, cutting/edging grass and snow plowing roads as needed. • Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled. • Carry cell phone as required for on-call maintenance. • Monitor and maintain all City/Community Utility systems as assigned: water, sewer, garbage, and electrical. • Prepare sites for new homes including grading, forming/pouring concrete pad/runners and connecting utilities. • Responsible for alerting the Property Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur. • This job requires exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly. • Special projects and other responsibilities as to be determined.
