He completed his undergraduate studies at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and contributed as a research assistant in a PhD program of Arts and Sciences at Indiana University (Music Astrology). During school at Functional Medicine University (FMU), he studied advanced training in medical detective work and botanical medicine with Dr. Grisanti. As a celebrated chef, he gained further inspiration in nutritional healthcare by offering natural food cooking classes and sharing the Functional Medicine approach to optimal health. The root of his philosophy for addressing chronic and autoimmune disease, combines both physical and mental-emotional healing methods.
