The sheet metal associate's responsibilities include building vents, receiving material from machines, loading material on to pallets, building pallets and preparing materials for delivery. Responsibilities Prepare and fabricate metal orders (assemble/build, load, pack, wrap, label) Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment Follow quality service standards, OSHA safety guidelines and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Skills Proven working experience as a warehouse worker or sheet metal fabricator Proficiency in warehouse, sheet metal or building preferred Good organizational and time management skills Ability to lift heavy objects High school degree
