Both Katy Hanlon, and Rebecca Ryan will be our high vibe guides, with DJ alissa jo on the 1's and 2's. Taking us on a trip from stillness and silence… to juicy flow and electric beats... then back to blissed-out calm. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. By signing, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health and physical condition to participate in such a fitness program. In addition, I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If I am pregnant, become pregnant or I am post-natal or post-surgical, my signature verifies that I have my physician's approval to participate. I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga and participation is at my own risk. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Alissa Seymoure and its instructors/operators. Likeness: I understand that I am entering a public space when practicing at Deep House Yoga Event Spaces with Alissa Seymoure’s sanctioned event, and on all digital platforms. By entering these spaces I consent to my voice, name, and/or likeness being used without compensation, including but not limited to; photos, videos, recordings in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity. I release Alissa Seymoure, its employees, students, successors, assigns, and licensees from any liability whatsoever of any nature. Remote/Live Stream: If practicing from home, I accept full responsibility for my space and the health and safety precautions within the space. I will ensure the space I am practicing in is clear from any obstacles such as coffee tables, rugs, and any furniture to avoid the potential for injuries. I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement. I am signing this agreement voluntarily and recognize that my signature serves as a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law in my state and country of residency as well as Chicago, Illinois, and Los Angeles, California.
