On Tuesday, September 14th, Patrick + Petroni wines will head south to host in partnership with Scott's Seafood, San Jose, where Executive Chef + Partner, Samuel Reyes, will craft a four-course surf + turf inspired menu to pair exclusively with Petroni wines.  A San Jose seafood staple.
