A Five Course Tasting Dinner featuring Suisun Valley Filling Station wines paired with Hank & Hazel's Sausages Hank & Hazel's and Suisun Valley Filling Station are coming together to bring you a beautiful evening of food and wine. Hank & Hazel's is designing a five-course tasting menu that highlights our sausages, and Suisun Valley Filling Station is pairing each course with a local wine from the Suisun Valley that will complement the dish. Wine and sausage complement each other so perfectly! We'll spend a little bit of time with each course to tell you the story of the dish and the wine, and why we decided to put them together. In addition to the wines you will be served throughout the night, additional bottles of each wine will be available for purchase to be consumed onsite or to take home. Seating will be in the well-shaded backyard at Hank & Hazel's. Each picnic table accommodates 6 people, and the vibe is super relaxed. Feel free to bring friends and build your own table, or you'll get the chance to make new friends as you select your seats. The ticket price includes four savory courses, dessert and wine pairings with each course. The ticket price does not include gratuity for the staff, so please consider tipping in cash at the event if the service meets or exceeds your expectations! Hank & Hazel’s is a fast-casual restaurant serving really good sausages, house-made sides, craft beer, local wine, and some of the yummiest desserts. We care about the quality of our ingredients, we love working with local farms and breweries and love the sense of community we can create with our customers.
